Back when I was an internationally-known relationship expert, I helped folks build strong partnerships of all kinds. After contributing to over 80,000 people, there’s one thing I know to be true: Not all couples should stay together. Divorce is not fun. But I’m here to tell you it just might be that course-correction that’s needed for everyone involved.
As a real estate collaboration specialist in divorce (RCS-D), I’m not just here to sell your house, but rather, guide you through the pros and cons of selling vs keeping the house. And I’m a natural leader compelled to help ease the process for you to do this hard thing.

Absolutely! San Francisco has always been a city of bust and boom. So, when our city is experiencing a downturn, it can feel like a risky investment. But I landed in San Francisco in 1987, and there’s one thing this city has taught me: It doesn’t get cheaper around here.
The pandemic certainly changed parts of the city, but it always comes back, and I am watching it come back right now. There’s a lot of creativity, talent, and drive pushing it forward. And the bones of the place are sturdy, elegant, and ready for whatever comes next.
